Summary:

Self motivated driven individuals to help promote sustainable conflict-free diamond jewelry and the Donatellii™ brand. The Sales Associate will be communicating effectively with their sales manager to achieve productivity goals. Working remotely effectively and with extreme flexibility. Previous sales and diamond jewelry experience preferred.

 

Essential Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities: 

• Ability to engage with and recognize a new customer and build an immediate and lasting rapport.

• Personalize customer connections by providing the highest level of hospitality and customer service.

• Creatively sharing the details of our unique designer brand as well as the details of our product design inspirations and reason for choosing Donatellii™.

• Expertise on Donatellii™ diamond jewelry, an ambassador for brand quality and authenticity, staying current on fashion trends, understand the customer needs, and creatively communicate selections that meet their criteria.

• Network and create Donatellii™ diamond jewelry sales in a professional manner.

• Ability to independently problem solve while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

• Collaborate with management to communicate customer feedback.

• Effectively be a positive high-class representative for the Donatellii™ Brand.

• Capitalizing on leads provided and converting leads into sales.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Basic Skills required:

• 1-3 years sales or similar service environment experience.

• High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

• Preferred proficiency & knowledge in the diamond jewelry industry.

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills both verbal and written, strong independent work ethic, excellent networking skills, organizational abilities.

• A positive, outgoing, high energy, entrepreneurial, sales focused attitude.

• Desire to learn and process any information presented for new product.

• Working remotely via telephone and computer.
