Shipping Policy
Donatellii™ offers free shipping and free insurance on all products store-wide with a signature required upon delivery. Donatellii™ designer natural diamond jewelry is custom couture, conflict-free & made-to-order. Expected to ship within approximately 15-20 business days from the order date.. Lead times vary per luxury piece.. More information on specific shipping times per individual piece are located in the product details. Upon purchase a confirmation email is sent to the email address provided during the checkout process. Upon shipment of the order a confirmation email with a tracking number included is sent to the email address provided at checkout, alerting you of the order status. You may also track the order progress via the "My Orders" menu.

Return & Exchange Policy
Buy with the confidence of a 30-day money back guarantee policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to start the return of the item. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and unworn. If it was damaged during shipment the jewelry piece must still have the tags on it to be eligible for return. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your replacement or refund.
The funds will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days the refund to show up on your credit card statement. Returns over $10,000 USD are subject to a restocking fee of 3% of purchase price.
If you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Donatellii™ jewelry comes tagged and if the tag is removed or damaged it will be ineligible for return.
